You have purchased a dated ticket to Louvre Abu Dhabi. Please ensure you have a copy of this ticket on your mobile phone (printed tickets will not be accepted) and proceed to the dedicated area where you can scan your ticket and enter the museum.
This ticket is the property of Miral Destinations Sole Proprietorship LLC, an official reseller appointed by Louvre Abu Dhabi (“Museum”) . Entry and use of the ticket is subject to the product terms and conditions available at www.saadiyatisland.ae, Museum’s general terms and conditions available on www.lourveabudhabi.ae, , and those set out below:
• This ticket must be redeemed on the date set out above. If you fail to redeem your ticket on the specified date, you will not be able to enter on another date and will not receive a refund.
• This ticket entitles you to one admission to Louvre Abu Dhabi. The category of your ticket is set out above.
• Please be aware that Louvre Abu Dhabi displays art works from all periods and cultures.
• Before you plan your visit, please check www.lourveabudhabi.ae for the latest information on opening/closing times and other updates. Please note that the last entry to the Museum will be 30 minutes prior to the closing time.
• Please note that children aged 17 and below must be accompanied by a responsible adult, holding a valid admission ticket
• Tickets:
o This ticket is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. This ticket is void if altered or damaged.
o Please retain your ticket, as you may be required to show it to the Museum’s employees at any time during your visit
o All tickets are systematically checked by optical identification of the bar code printed on the ticket. Only tickets with a bar code and perfectly legible text will be accepted. Any partially printed, soiled, damaged or illegible tickets cannot be accepted. For virtual tickets downloaded onto the smartphone application, any smartphone screen support that is cracked/ damaged or has lighting problems will be rejected at the time of the admission check. It is prohibited to photograph, film, record or re-broadcast in any way the bar code that appears on the tickets or to help any other person acting in this way.
o The Museum reserves the right to refuse any access if presented with an admission ticket that does not comply with the conditions listed above.
• No re-entry is permitted once you leave the Museum premises
• Food and drink cannot be brought into the Museum
• Only third parties specifically authorized by us in writing may re-sell or transfer this ticket. Tickets purchased fraudulently, or from an unauthorized third party are void, so please only purchase from reputable sources.
• Certain areas, exhibitions, or exhibits may be unavailable during your visit.
• Valet parking service at the Museum is a paid service for an additional AED 42 (subject to change).
• Admission to the Museum and use of the ticket is at your sole risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained in the museum.
• Use of this ticket is also governed by the Museum’s and visitor rules, available here, at https://www.louvreabudhabi.ae/terms-conditions (alternatively, they can be read at the museum counters). Visitors who fail to comply with the visitor rules may be denied access to the Museum without being entitled to a refund of their admission ticket.
