Combo ticket terms

This combo ticket is valid for same day use only. Entry to both Louvre Abu Dhabi and teamLab Phenomena must take place on the same date. Please read the applicable terms carefully.

Entry Instructions:

Please bring a printout of this e-ticket with you and proceed directly to the turnstiles at Louvre Abu Dhabi and teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi (the “Leisure Facility/ies”) where you can scan your ticket and gain entry. This ticket is the property of Miral Destinations Sole Proprietorship LLC, (“we” or “us”). You will be required to participate in the security screening process in order to enter the premises of the Leisure Facilities. The Leisure Facilities reserve the right to verify your identity, so please bring original government photo identification as proof of age (e.g. driving license), and the credit card you used to purchase the ticket.

Entry into and use of the Leisure Facilities is subject to specific product terms and conditions, Leisure Facility entry terms and conditions and those set out below:

Louvre Abu Dhabi (“Museum”) Terms:

This ticket must be redeemed at the Museum on the date set out above. If you fail to redeem your ticket on the specified date, you will not be able to enter on another date and will not receive a refund.

• This ticket entitles you to one admission to the Museum. The category of your ticket is set out above.
• Please retain your ticket, as you may be required to show it to the Museum’s employees at any time during your visit
• All tickets are systematically checked by optical identification of the bar code printed on the ticket. Only tickets with a bar code and perfectly legible text will be accepted. Any partially printed, soiled, damaged or illegible tickets cannot be accepted. For virtual tickets downloaded onto the smartphone application, any smartphone screen support that is cracked/ damaged or has lighting problems will be rejected at the time of the admission check. It is prohibited to photograph, film, record or re-broadcast in any way the bar code that appears on the tickets or to help any other person acting in this way.
• Please note that children aged 17 and below must be accompanied by a responsible adult, holding a valid admission ticket.
• The Museum reserves the right to refuse any access if presented with an admission ticket that does not comply with the conditions listed above.
• No re-entry is permitted once you leave the Museum premises
• Food and drink cannot be brought into the Museum
• Valet parking service at the Museum is a paid service for an additional AED 42 (subject to change).
• Please be aware that the Museum displays artworks from all periods and cultures.
• Before you plan your visit, please check www.lourveabudhabi.ae for the latest information on opening/closing times and other updates. Please note that the last entry to the Museum will be 30 minutes prior to closing time.
• Admission to the Museum and use of the ticket is at your sole risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained in the Museum.
• Use of this ticket is also governed by the Museum’s and visitor rules, available here, at https://www.louvreabudhabi.ae/terms-conditions (alternatively, they can be read at the museum counters). Visitors who fail to comply with the visitor rules may be denied access to the Museum without being entitled to a refund of their admission ticket.

teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi (“TLP”) terms:

Note: This is a dated and timed general admission ticket gives you one adult (aged 18+ years) entry to TLP and is only valid for entry on the date and for the specific admission time mentioned on the ticket. You will not be permitted access to TLP outside of the specified date and admission time.

• You will need to present a valid original ticket or online e-ticket (obtained from us, TLP website or an authorised third party), in order to gain entry into TLP. (Note: this may not be required if FacePass is available at TLP in future and you have completed all steps to register for FacePass contactless access)
• The ticket is only valid for the guest(s) named above; official government issued ID must be shown as proof of identity and age.
• Outside food (including candy and gum) or beverages (except 1 small bottle of water (<600ml) or infant/ special dietary food in non-glass container) cannot be brought into TLP.
• The ticket is not valid for special events that require a separate admission charge.
• There is no re-entry into TLP allowed on your day of visit.
• Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 holding a valid admission ticket and if the child is aged 12 to 4 years old they must hold their own valid admission ticket. There must be one adult per three children, at a minimum ratio.
• Admission and use of TLP is at your sole risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained in TLP. The experiences feature different conditions and terrain, which may not be suitable for all guests, including low ceilings, uneven ground and wet areas. You have a duty to take reasonable steps to familiarise yourself with risks at TLP and ensure your own safety (and minors in your care) while at TLP, taking into account any medical conditions and/or accessibility limitations you or they may have.
• You must comply with all experience rules, health and safety measures and follow our instructions in TLP.
• Height, age and safety restrictions apply to some experiences, guests may not be able to experience all areas of TLP;
• People of Determination: health and safety restrictions may limit your access to certain experiences at TLP. Information regarding restrictions is available on our website.
• You may not be able to gain access to TLP, or certain areas TLP, during special events or private bookings.
• Although the Leisure Facilities will use reasonable efforts to keep our website up to date with news, TLP reserves the right, without prior notice and without refund, liability or compensation, to change the operating hours of TLP, close any area of TLP temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to TLP, and/or suspend or cancel any experiences, artworks, attractions, zones and/or outlets if TLP considers that the circumstances require. It is your responsibility to check the website and we cannot guarantee that it will inform you of all changes that may be relevant to your visit.
• Use and visit to TLP is at your sole risk. Miral Experiences LLC, Miral Destinations or its affiliates (“Our Group”) accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage sustained within TLP. You confirm that the Our Group (either individually or jointly) is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by you or to your property and waive all claims against any member of Our Group in this respect, to the maximum extent permitted by UAE law.
• In the event that that the Leisure Facility needs to cancel this ticket, the sole liability to you will be a full refund of the ticket price you paid. If you purchased this ticket from a third party, your refund request must be processed via that third party.

General terms:

• Entry is subject to capacity limits; please arrive early to avoid disappointment.
• Children aged 11 to 4 years old must hold their own valid admission ticket and must be accompanied by a responsible adult, holding a valid admission ticket to the relevant Leisure Facility;
• Children aged 3 years and under can enter the Leisure Facilities for free, however, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 years holding a valid admission ticket. Government issued photo ID may be required as proof of age.
• Junior tickets may only be redeemed by guests aged between 4 – 17 years on the date of their visit to the Leisure Facility/ies;
• Your ticket is personal to you and may not be shared with others.

You must keep this ticket in your possession throughout your visit to the Leisure Facilities (you will need to show it at multiple check points), otherwise you may be denied entry.

• Certain zones, areas, attractions, exhibitions, shows or outlets may be unavailable during your visit;
• The Leisure Facilities may deny admission or remove you from the Leisure Facility/ies for any reason.
• The Leisure Facility entrance tickets and other entitlements remain our property and are not for re-sale, are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for commercial gain. Tickets and other entitlements are void if altered.
• Only authorised third parties may re-sell or transfer this ticket. Tickets purchased fraudulently, or from an unauthorised third party are void, so please only purchase tickets from reputable sources.
