This dated ticket gives you one general admission entry to visit 4 of the following Yas Island theme parks (you choose which 4): Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, Warner Bros. World™ and SeaWorld® Yas Island, Abu Dhabi (each a “Park”).This ticket is property of Miral Destinations – Sole Proprietorship LLC, can official reseller appointed by Miral Experiences LLC, the operator of the Parks (“Operator”). Your visit is subject to specific product T&Cs, general T&Cs, and those set out below:
•You must redeem this ticket at the first Park of your choice before the validity date
•If you do not redeem the ticket before the validity date, the ticket is void and you will not be granted access to the Parks;
•You can only visit the second, third and fourth Park within 6 calendar days from the validity date, and provided you have redeemed the ticket in accordance with these terms;
•The category of your ticket is written on the front of the ticket
•The ticket grants you a maximum of 4 entries to the Park(s) (you choose which 4 Parks). If you visit the same Park twice, it counts as 2 visits;
•You cannot share this ticket; all 4 entries must be redeemed by the same person;
•Cancellation policy: once you purchase your ticket you cannot cancel it. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable;
•This ticket is void if altered or damaged;
•Age restrictions on entry to the Parks may apply. In the absence of specific rules, our standard rules are (government issued photo ID may be required as proof of age): guests aged 11 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult, holding a valid admission ticket; children aged 3 and under do not require a ticket or reserved space, and can enter the Park for free;
•You may not bring food or drinks into the Parks;
•You must comply with ride rules and follow our instructions in the Parks;
•You must at all times adhere to UAE morals and/or cultural values during your visit to the Parks;
•Height and safety restrictions apply; guests may not be able to experience all rides;
•People of Determination: health and safety restrictions may impact your ability to use certain or all rides. Please check ride restrictions on our website before purchasing your ticket;
•Only third parties specifically authorized by us in writing may re-sell or transfer this ticket. Tickets purchased fraudulently, or from an unauthorised third party, are void;
•Certain rides, attractions, shows or outlets may be unavailable during your visit;
•To enable fingerprint biometric checks or FacePass in connection with your ticket which involves the processing of your biometric data, you must complete all enrolment requirements including but not limited to confirming that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and providing the appropriate consent (parental/legal guardian consent is required for guests under 18 or persons of determination who cannot provide consent). Unaccompanied guests who require parental/legal guardian consent in order to register for fingerprint biometric checks/Facepass must carry original government issued photo ID so we can complete the opt out process.
•Admission and use of the Parks and its services is at your sole risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained in the Parks;
•We may deny admission or remove you from the Parks for any reason.
