- Competition Entry, Draws and Prizes:
Running from 1st October 2023 until 30th November 2023 on a monthly basis, each eligible person who visits the Saadiyat website (saadiyatisland.ae) and subscribes to the newsletter and follows the specified prize draw entry terms and conditions (see screenshots below) will be entered into the prize draw for that month.
At the end of each month (31st October 2023 for winner one and 30th November 2023 for winner two), one winner from the relevant monthly entry pool will be randomly drawn and will win the relevant monthly prize as specified in Appendix One of this letter.
- Terms & Conditions of the Prize Draw:
- The prize draws will run from 1 October 2023 until 30 November 2023 on a monthly basis (starting at midnight on 1 October to 11.59pm on 31 October for the first draw and then from midnight on 1 November 2023 to 11.59pm on 30 November 2023 for the second draw). There will be a total of two prize draws.
- To be eligible to enter a monthly prize draw, entrants must be:
- aged 18 years or older;
- a resident or citizen of the United Arab Emirates; and
- cannot already be subscribed to Saadiyat Island’s newsletters as at the time of entry.
- Limit of one entry and one prize per eligible person across the prize draws.
- Miral Destinations will conduct the prize draws randomly and its decision on the winners will be final.
- Each winner will be contacted by Miral Destinations using the email address submitted with their entry on the last day of the relevant month. If a winner fails to respond to Miral Destinations within ten (10) days of first contact, then Miral Destinations reserves the right to forfeit that winner’s prize and re-draw that prize for a new winner.
- Each winner must collect their prize in person from the relevant hotel and liaise with the hotel thereafter with regards to redemption/booking of their prize.
- Each winner acknowledges that the prizes are being provided by third party hotel operators and that accordingly Miral Destinations accepts no liability in relation to the winner’s redemption or validity of such prizes.
- The winners will bear any additional costs related to the use of any of the prizes/vouchers (including any transportation, tourism fees, travel expenses and all other incidental costs not explicitly included in the prize). The redemption of all prizes is strictly subject to availability at the relevant hotel and blackout dates/restrictions may apply (all as determined by the relevant hotel and/or specified on the prize voucher).
- The prizes are non-transferable and for personal use only. The prizes cannot be sold or exchanged for commercial gain and are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion.
- Employees of Miral Destinations, Miral Experiences LLC and their family members are not eligible to participate.
- Following DED approval being obtained, Miral Destinations has the right to cancel the prize draws at any time and for any reason without notice (including modifying the duration of the draws and terms of entry).
